Common use of Executive Incentive Program (EPIP) Clause in Contracts

Executive Incentive Program (EPIP). The Executive shall be entitled to participate in the Employer’s Executive Performance Incentive Plan as approved by the Board of Trustees. The Executive Performance Incentive Plan allows the Executive the ability to earn an incentive payment related to his actual and active performance in the executive role, dependent upon overall organizational performance. The Employer reserves the right to amend or eliminate the Executive Performance Incentive Plan at any time, in its sole discretion, with reasonable notice or warning.
