Common use of Executive Nonrenewal Clause in Contracts

Executive Nonrenewal. Termination of this Agreement by the Executive’s delivery to the Company of the written notice contemplated by Section 2(a) hereof (such termination, an “Executive Nonrenewal”) shall automatically constitute the Executive’s termination of employment. If the termination is by the Executive for Good Reason (as hereinafter defined) then the nonrenewal notice shall include the Notice of Termination (as hereinafter defined).
