Common use of Executive Perquisites, Benefits and Other Compensation Clause in Contracts

Executive Perquisites, Benefits and Other Compensation. Executive shall be entitled to receive additional benefits and compensation from the Company in such form and to such extent as specified below: (i) Admittance for participation for Executive and Executive's dependent family members under health, hospitalization, disability, dental, life and other insurance plans that the Company may have in effect from time to time. (ii) Payment of all premiums for coverage for Executive and Executive's dependent family members under health, hospitalization, disability, dental, life and other insurance plans that the Company may have in effect from time to time, provided benefits provided to Executive under this clause (b)(ii) shall be at least equal to such benefits provided to Pentacon executives. (iii) Reimbursement for all business travel and other out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive in the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement. All reimbursable expenses shall be appropriately documented in reasonable detail by Executive upon submission of any request for reimbursement, and in a format and manner consistent with the Company's expense reporting policy. (iv) The Company shall provide Executive with other executive perquisites as may be available to or deemed appropriate for Executive by the Board and participation in all other company-wide employee benefits as are available from time to time to all Pentacon subsidiaries. In the event the Company adopts a bonus program, the Executive will be entitled to participate to the same extent as other executives of the Company.

(iv) The Company shall provide the Executive with other executive perquisites as may be available to or deemed appropriate for the Executive by the Board and participation in all other companyCompany-wide employee benefits as are available from time to time to all Pentacon subsidiaries. In the event the Company adopts a bonus programtime, the Executive will be entitled to participate to the same extent as other executives of which may include participation in the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan.

(iii) Reimbursement for all business travel and other out-of-pocket expenses and professional dues and fees reasonably incurred by Executive in the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement. All reimbursable expenses shall be appropriately documented in reasonable detail by Executive upon submission of any request for reimbursement, and in a format and manner consistent with the Company's expense reporting policy. (iviii) The Company shall provide Executive with other Other executive perquisites as may be available to or deemed appropriate for Executive by the Board and Executive shall be eligible for participation in all other companyCompany-wide employee benefits as are available from time to time to time. (iv) Reimbursement for all Pentacon subsidiaries. In operating costs associated with one automobile including, without limitation, repairs, maintenance and insurance. (v) Payment of all premiums for a disability policy in favor of Executive having substantially the event same terms as the Company adopts a bonus program, disability policy benefitting the Executive will be entitled to participate to the same extent and existing as other executives of the Companydate hereof. (vi) Three weeks paid vacation per year.

(iv) The Company shall provide Executive with other executive perquisites as may be available to or deemed appropriate for Executive by the Board and participation in all other company-wide employee benefits as are available from time to time to all Pentacon subsidiaries. In the event the Company adopts a bonus program, the Executive will be entitled to participate to the same extent as other executives of the CompanyRV Centers Companies.

(iv) All bonuses and annualized stock options to all Pentacon subsidiaries. In the event the Company adopts a bonus program, the Executive will be entitled to participate to the same extent as other executives of the Companyreviewed quarterly.

(ii) Payment of all premiums for coverage for Executive and Executive's dependent family members under health, hospitalization, disability, dental, life and other insurance plans that the Company may have in effect from time to time, provided benefits provided to Executive under this clause (b)(ii) shall be at least equal to such benefits provided to Pentacon executives. (iii) Reimbursement for all business travel and other out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive Employee in the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement. All reimbursable expenses shall be appropriately documented in reasonable detail by Executive Employee upon submission of any request for reimbursement, and in a format and manner consistent with the CompanyFYI's expense reporting policy. (iv) The Company shall provide Executive with other An automobile allowance in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per month. (v) Other executive perquisites as may be available to or deemed appropriate for Executive Employee by the Board and participation in all other company-wide employee benefits as are available from time to time to all Pentacon subsidiaries. In the event the Company adopts a bonus program, the Executive will be entitled to participate to the same extent as other executives of the Companytime.

(iii) Paid vacation in accordance with the applicable policy of the Company as in effect from time to time, but in no event shall Executive be entitled to less than four (4) weeks paid vacation per year. (iv) The Company shall provide Executive with other executive perquisites as may be available to or deemed appropriate for Executive by the Board and participation in all other companyCompany-wide employee benefits as are available from time to time to all Pentacon subsidiaries. In the event the Company adopts a bonus program, the Executive will be entitled to participate to the same extent as other executives of the Companytime.

(iv) All bonuses and annualized stock options to all Pentacon subsidiaries. In the event the Company adopts a bonus program, the Executive will be entitled to participate to the same extent as other executives of the Companyreviewed semi-annually.

(iviii) The Company shall provide Executive with other executive perquisites as may be available to or deemed appropriate for Executive by the Board or Metals and participation in all other company-wide employee benefits as are available from time to time time, including but not limited to all Pentacon subsidiaries. In the event any qualified and/or nonqualified retirement plans, bonus plans or stock option plans that may be sponsored by the Company adopts a bonus program, the Executive will be entitled to participate to the same extent as other executives of the Companyor Metals for similarly positioned Executives.

(iiiii) Reimbursement for all business travel and other out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive Employee in the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement. All reimbursable expenses shall be appropriately documented in reasonable detail by Executive Employee upon submission of any request for reimbursement, and in a format and manner consistent with the Company's expense reporting policy. (iv) The Company shall provide Executive Employee with other executive perquisites as may be available to or deemed appropriate for Executive Employee by the Board and participation in all other companyCompany-wide employee benefits as are available from time to time. (v) Employee shall be eligible for stock options and restricted and deferred stock grants under the Company's 1994 Stock Plan as the Board may from time to all Pentacon subsidiaries. In the event the Company adopts a bonus program, the Executive will be entitled time grant to participate to the same extent as other executives of the CompanyEmployee in its sole discretion.
