Executive’s Resignation without Good Reason. If the Company terminates Executive for Cause, or due to Executive’s Death or Disability, or Executive resigns without Good Reason, Executive shall be entitled to receive the Final Pay only, and no severance, compensation or benefits shall be owed or paid by the Company.
