Executive's Right to Terminate At Will. Executive shall have the right at any time during the term of this Agreement, by giving written notice to the Company, to terminate this Agreement and Executive's employment with the Company effective as of the date on which such notice is given by Executive, unless the Company advises Executive that it requires the services of Executive for an additional period of time, not to exceed 30 days, in which case Executive's employment shall cease as of the end of such period (such effective date being hereinafter referred to as the "Executive Termination Date"). On the Executive Termination Date, this Agreement shall terminate and Executive shall have no further rights under or be entitled to any other benefits of this Agreement, other than the payments and benefits referred to in Section 7.3(a) below.

  • Executive’s Right to Terminate Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 2.1, Executive shall have the right to terminate his employment under this Agreement for any of the following reasons:

  • Right to Terminate Employment No provision of this Agreement shall limit in any way whatsoever any right that the Company or a Subsidiary may otherwise have to terminate the employment of the Grantee at any time.
