Common use of Executive’s Right to Terminate Clause in Contracts

Executive’s Right to Terminate. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 2.1, Executive shall have the right to terminate his employment under this Agreement for any of the following reasons:

Executive’s Right to Terminate. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 2.1, Section 3.1 Executive shall have the right to terminate his employment under this Agreement for any of the following reasons: (a) as a result of a Change In Duties; provided, however, that prior to Executive’s termination as a result of a Change In Duties, Executive must give written notice to the Company of the specific occurrence that resulted in the Change In Duties and such occurrence must remain uncorrected for 10 calendar days following such written notice; or (b) at any time for any other reason whatsoever, in the sole discretion of Executive.

Executive’s Right to Terminate. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 2.1, Executive shall have the right to terminate his employment under this Agreement for any of the following reasons:

Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 2.1Section 3.1, Executive shall have the right to terminate his Executive's employment under this Agreement at any time for any of the following reasons: (i) A material breach by Company of any material provision of this Agreement which, if correctable, remains uncorrected for thirty days following written notice of such breach by Executive to Company; (ii) For Good Reason; or (iii) For any other reason whatsoever, in the sole discretion of Executive.

Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 2.1Section 3.1, Executive shall have the right to terminate his employment under this Agreement for any of the following reasons: (a) as a result of an Event of Good Reason; provided, however, that prior to Executive’s termination as a result of an Event of Good Reason, Executive must give written notice to the Company of the specific occurrence that resulted in the Event of Good Reason and such occurrence must remain uncorrected for 30 calendar days following such written notice; or (b) at any time for any other reason whatsoever, in the sole discretion of Executive.

Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 2.1Section 3.1, Executive shall have the right to terminate his Executive’s employment under this Agreement at any time for any of the following reasons: (a) For Good Reason; or (b) For any other reason whatsoever, in the sole discretion of Executive.

Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 2.1, Executive shall have the right to terminate his employment under this Agreement for any of the following reasons: (i) for “Good Reason,” which shall mean, in connection with or based upon (A) a material diminution in Executive’s responsibilities, duties or authority; (B) a material diminution in Executive’s base compensation or (C) a material breach by Company of any material provision of this Agreement; or (ii) at any time for any other reason, or for no reason whatsoever, in the sole discretion of Executive.

Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 2.1Section 3.1, Executive shall have the right to terminate his employment under this Agreement by providing the Company with a Notice of Termination at any time for any reason whatsoever, in the sole discretion of the following reasons:Executive.
