Exempt Income. The income of the Partnership which is exempt from federal income tax and the amount of expenditures of the Partnership described in Section 705(a)(2)(B) of the Code shall be allocated to the Partners as if such items were taxable income or deductible loss allocable pursuant to Section 4.3 or 4.4, as the case may be.

Exempt Income. Any income of the Partnership that is exempt from federal income tax and not otherwise taken into account in computing Profits or Losses pursuant to this Section 2.29 shall be added to such taxable income or loss;

Grantee shall identify and report Program Income in accordance with the Grant Agreement, applicable law, and any programmatic guidance. Grantee shall expend Program Income during the Grant Agreement term, when earned, and may not carry Program Income forward to any succeeding term. Grantee shall refund Program Income to the System Agency if the Program Income is not expended in the term in which it is earned. The System Agency may base future funding levels, in part, upon Xxxxxxx’s proficiency in identifying, billing, collecting, and reporting Program Income, and in using Program Income for the purposes and under the conditions specified in this Grant Agreement.

  • Federal Income Tax Withholding The Bank may withhold all federal and state income or other taxes from any benefit payable under this Agreement as shall be required pursuant to any law or governmental regulation or ruling.
