Investment Income to pay to itself income and gain realized on the investment of funds deposited in the Certificate Account (including any A/B Loan Custodial Accounts and Serviced Companion Mortgage Loan Custodial Accounts);
Investment Income to pay to itself net income and gain realized on the investment of funds deposited in the Collection Account (including any A/B Whole Loan Custodial Accounts and Serviced Companion Loan Custodial Accounts);
Investment Income to pay to itself income and gain realized on the investment of funds deposited in such Primary Certificate Account relating to the Trust to which it is entitled as set forth herein;
Investment Income. On a weekly basis at or prior to 10:00 a.m. (New York City time) on each Weekly Allocation Date, the Issuer (or the Manager on its behalf) (i) shall instruct the Trustee in writing to transfer any Investment Income on deposit in the Indenture Trust Accounts (other than the Collection Account) to the Collection Account and (ii) shall transfer any Investment Income on deposit in the Management Accounts to the Collection Account, in each case for application as Collections on that Weekly Allocation Date.
Investment Income. Section 7.1. Xxxxxx earned on the investment of Cash Transfers to the Grant Agent (except for income earned on the investment of Trust Fund funds transferred as Agency Fees and Supervision Allocations) shall be held by the Grant Agent in the dedicated account or accounts referred to in Section 2.1 above until the Trustee requests the Grant Agent to return it to such account as the Trustee may designate. The Grant Agent shall maintain a record of any such income and report to the Trustee pursuant to Section 10.2 below.
Investment Income to pay to itself income and gain realized on the investment of funds deposited in the applicable Certificate Accounts;
Investment Income. (a) All investment income shall be retained and reinvested as provided in Section 4.4 hereof until distributed pursuant to the terms hereof. All income and other proceeds received by the Escrow Agent in respect of any investments of the Escrow Fund shall be added to and become part of the Escrow Fund.
Investment Income. Subject to the provisions of Sections 3 and 4(a) above, all investment income earned on amounts on deposit in the Escrow Account is the personal property of the Company. Subject to the provisions of Section 9(b) hereof, promptly following receipt of any investment income earned on amounts on deposit in the Escrow Account, the Escrow Agent shall transfer such funds to the Company pursuant to Section 4(e)(i) hereof.
Investment Income. By no later than (i) 10:00 a.m. (New York City time) on the Business Day before each Weekly Allocation Date, as applicable, each Co-Issuer (or the applicable Manager on its behalf) (x) shall instruct the Trustee in writing to transfer any Investment Income on deposit in the Indenture Trust Accounts (other than the Collection Account) to the applicable Collection Account and (y) shall transfer any Investment Income in respect of Eligible Investments denominated in U.S. Dollars on deposit in the Management Accounts to the applicable Collection Account, and (ii) 3:30 p.m. (New York City time) on each Weekly Calculation Date, as applicable, the Canadian Co-Issuer (or the Canadian Manager on its behalf) shall transfer any Investment Income in respect of Eligible Investments denominated in Canadian Dollars on deposit in the Management Accounts to the applicable Collection Account, in each case for application on the related Weekly Allocation Date (following, as applicable, the settlement of the requisite portion of any Investment Income pursuant to a Currency Conversion).
Investment Income. While compliance with the checks presented letter of credit methodology will minimize funds on hand, the Carrier shall invest and reinvest all funds on hand, including any in the Special Reserve or any attributable to the reserve for incurred but unpaid claims, which are in excess of the funds needed to discharge promptly the obligations incurred under the contract. Investment income represents the net amount earned by the Carrier after deducting investment expenses. Investment expenses are those actual, allowable, allocable, and reasonable contract costs that are attributable to the investment of funds, such as consultant or management fees.
