Exemption of Lessor from Liability. Notwithstanding Lessor's negligence or breach of this Lease, Lessor shall under no circumstances be liable for injury to Lessee's business or for any loss of income or profit therefrom.

Exemption of Lessor from Liability. Unless due to negligence or willfull misconduct on the part of Lessor or its agents, Lessor shall not be liable for injury or damage to the person or goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Lessee, Lessee's employees, contractors, invitees, customers, or any other person in or about the Premises, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from fire, steam, electricity, gas, water or rain, or from the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, fire sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, HVAC or lighting fixtures, or from any other cause, whether the said injury or damage results from conditions existing on or arising upon the Premises or upon other portions of the Building of which the Premises are a partBuilding, or from other sources or places. Lessor shall not be liable for any damages arising from any act or neglect of any other tenant of LessorLessor nor from the failure of Lessor to enforce the provisions of any other lease in the Project. Notwithstanding Lessor's negligence or breach of this Lease, Lessor shall under no circumstances be liable for injury to Lessee's business or for any loss of income or profit therefrom.

Exemption of Lessor from Liability. Lessor shall not be liable for injury or damage to the person or goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Lessee, Lessee's employees, contractors, invitees, customers, or any other person in or about the Premises, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from fire, steam, electricity, gas, water or rain, or from the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, fire sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbingplumbling, HVAC air conditioning or lighting fixtures, or from any other cause, whether the said injury or damage results from conditions existing on or arising upon the Premises or upon other portions of the Building of which the Premises are a part, or from other sources or places, and regardless of whether the cause of such damage or injury or the means of repairing the same is accessible or not. Lessor shall not be liable for any damages arising from any act or neglect of any other tenant lessee of Lessor. Notwithstanding Lessor nor from the failure by Lessor to enforce the provisions of any other lease in the Industrial Center except to the extent such liability arises from Lessor's negligence or breach of willful misconduct and is not covered by insurance that Lessee is required to carry under this Lease, Lessor shall under no circumstances be liable for injury to Lessee's business or for any loss of income or profit therefrom.

Exemption of Lessor from Liability. Except for Lessor’s gross negligence or willful misconduct, Lessor shall not be liable for injury or damage to the person or goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Lessee's , Lessee’s employees, contractors, invitees, customers, or any other person in or about the Premises, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from fire, steam, electricity, gas, water or rain, or from the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, fire sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, HVAC or lighting fixtures, or from any other cause, whether the said injury or damage results from conditions existing on or arising upon the Premises or upon other portions of the Building of which the Premises are a part, or from other sources or places. Lessor shall not be liable for any damages arising from any act or neglect of any other tenant of Lessor. Notwithstanding Lessor's ’s negligence or breach of this Lease, Lessor shall under no circumstances be liable for injury to Lessee's ’s business or for any loss of income or profit therefrom.

Exemption of Lessor from Liability. Except for injuries or damages caused by Lessor’s gross negligence and/or willful misconduct, Lessor shall not be liable for injury or damage to the person or goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Lessee's ’s employees, contractors, invitees, customers, or any other person in or about the Premises, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from fire, steam, electricity, gas, water or rain, or from the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, fire sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, HVAC air conditioning or lighting fixtures, or from any other cause, whether the said injury or damage results from conditions existing on or arising upon the Premises or upon other portions of the Building of which the Premises are a partPremises, or from other sources or places, and regardless of whether the cause of such damage or injury or the means of repairing the same is accessible or not. Lessor shall not be liable for any damages arising from any act or neglect of any other tenant lessee of LessorLessor nor from the failure by Lessor to enforce the provisions of any other lease in the project of which the Premises are a part. Notwithstanding Lessor's negligence or breach of anything to the contrary contained in this Lease, in no event shall Lessor shall under no circumstances be liable under any circumstances for any consequential damages, including, without limitation, injury to Lessee's ’s business or for any loss of income or profit therefrom.

Exemption of Lessor from Liability. Lessor shall not be liable for injury or damage to the person or goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Lessee, Lessee's employees, contractors, invitees, customers, or any other person in or about the Premises, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from fire, steam, electricity, gas, water or rain, or from the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, fire sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, HVAC or lighting fixtures, or from any other cause, whether the said injury or damage results from conditions existing on or arising upon the Premises or upon other portions of the Building of which the Premises are a part, or from other sources or places. Lessor shall not be liable for any damages arising from any act or neglect of any other tenant of Lessor. Notwithstanding Lessor's negligence or breach of this Lease, Lessor shall under no circumstances be liable for injury to Lessee's business or for any loss of income or profit therefrom. Nothing in this Paragraph 8.8 is intended to relieve Lessor from its obligations, if any, under Paragraph 6.2 of this Lease (including the Addendum).

Subject to Lessor's indemnity of Lessee in Paragraph 8.7 above, Lessor shall not be liable for injury or damage to the person or goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Lessee's employees, contractors, invitees, customers, or any other person in or about the Premises, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from fire, steam, electricity, gas, water or rain, or from the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, fire sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, HVAC air conditioning or lighting fixtures, or from any other cause, whether the said injury or damage results from conditions existing on or arising upon the Premises or upon other portions of the Building of which the Premises are a part, or from other sources or places, and regardless of whether the cause of such damage or injury or the means of repairing the same is accessible or not. Lessor shall not be liable for any damages arising from any act or neglect of any other tenant lessee of LessorLessor nor from the failure by Lessor to enforce the provisions of any other lease in the Industrial Center. Notwithstanding Lessor's negligence or breach of this Lease, Lessor shall under no circumstances be liable for injury to Lessee's business or for any loss of income or profit therefrom.

Except to the extent caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Lessor, Lessor shall not be liable for injury or damage to the person or goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Lessee, Lessee's employees, contractors, invitees, customers, or any other person in or about the Premises, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from fire, steam, electricity, gas, water or rain, or from the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, fire sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, HVAC or lighting fixtures, or from any other cause, whether the said injury or damage results from conditions existing on or arising upon the Premises or upon other portions of the Building of which the Premises are a part, or from other sources or places. Lessor shall not be liable for any damages arising from any act or neglect of any other tenant of Lessor. Notwithstanding Lessor's negligence or breach of this Lease, Lessor shall under no circumstances be liable for injury to Lessee's business or for any loss of income or profit therefrom.

Notwithstanding Lessor's ’s negligence or breach of this Lease, Lessor shall under no circumstances be liable for injury to Lessee's ’s business or for any loss of income or profit therefrom.

Exemption of Lessor from Liability. Lessor shall not be liable for injury or damage to the person or goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Lessee, Lessee's employees, contractors, invitees, customers, or any other person in or about the Premises, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from fire, steam, electricity, gas, water or rain, or from the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, fire sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, HVAC or lighting fixtures, or from any other cause, whether the said injury or damage results from conditions existing on or arising upon the Premises or upon other portions of the Building of which the Premises are a part, or from other sources or places, except as provided in Paragraph 6.2(e) (Additional Hazardous Materials Obligations). Lessor shall not be liable for any damages arising from any act or neglect of any other tenant lessee of Lessor. Notwithstanding Lessor's negligence or breach of this Lease, Lessor shall under no circumstances be liable for injury to Lessee's business or for any loss of income or profit therefromtherefrom or any punitive or consequential damages.

Exemption of Lessor from Liability. Lessor shall not be liable for injury or damage to the person or goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Lessee, Lessee's employees, contractors, invitees, customers, or any other person in or about the Premises, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from fire, steam, electricity, gas, water or rain, or from the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, fire sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, HVAC or lighting fixtures, or from any other cause, whether the said injury or damage results from conditions existing on or arising upon the Premises or upon other portions of the Building of which the Premises are a part, part or from other sources or places. Lessor shall not be liable for any damages arising from any act or neglect of any other tenant of Lessor. Notwithstanding Lessor's negligence or breach of this Lease, Lessor shall under no circumstances be liable for injury to Lessee's business or for any loss of income or profit therefrom.

Lessor shall not be liable for injury or damage to the person or goods, wares, merchandise merchandise, or other property of Lessee's , Lessee’s employees, contractors, invitees, customers, or any other person in or about the Premises, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from fire, steam, electricity, gas, water or rain, or from the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other obstruction, construction, defects of pipes, fire sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, HVAC or lighting fixtures, or from any other cause, whether the said injury or damage results from conditions existing on or arising upon the Premises or upon other portions of the Building of which the Premises are a part, or from other sources or places. Lessor shall not be liable for any damages arising from any act or neglect of any other tenant of Lessor. Notwithstanding Lessor's ’s negligence or breach breech of this Lease, Lessor shall under no circumstances be liable for injury to Lessee's ’s business or for any loss of income or profit therefrom.

Exemption of Lessor from Liability. Subject to the provisions of Section 6 of the Work Letter, Lessor shall not be liable for injury or damage to the person or goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Lessee, Lessee's employees, contractors, invitees, customers, or any other person in or about the Premises, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from fire, steam, electricity, gas, water or rain, or from the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, fire sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, HVAC or lighting fixtures, or from any other cause, whether the said injury or damage results from conditions existing on or arising upon the Premises or upon other portions of the Building of which the Premises are a part, or from other sources or places. Lessor shall not be liable for any damages arising from any act or neglect of any other tenant of Lessor. Notwithstanding Lessor's negligence or breach of this Lease, Lessor shall under no circumstances be liable for injury to Lessee's business or for any loss of income or profit therefrom.no

Lessor shall not be liable for any damages arising from any act or neglect of any other tenant of LessorLesser. Notwithstanding Lessor's Except to the extent of the negligence or breach willful misconduct of this LeaseLandlord or its agents or contractors, Lessor shall under no circumstances be liable for injury to Lessee's ’s business or for any loss of income or profit therefrom.

Lessor shall not be liable for any damages arising from any act or neglect of any other tenant of LessorLessee. Notwithstanding Lessor's ’s negligence or breach of this Lease, Lessor shall under no circumstances not be liable for injury to Lessee's business or for any loss of income or profit therefromtherefrom for an amount in excess of the rent payable during the period for which Lessor is in breach of the Lease.

Exemption of Lessor from Liability. Notwithstanding LessorLessee's negligence or breach of this Lease, Lessor shall under no circumstances be liable for injury to Lessee's business or for any loss of income or profit therefrom.

Exemption of Lessor from Liability. Lessor shall not be liable for any damages arising from any act or neglect of any other tenant of Lessor. Notwithstanding Lessor's negligence or breach of this Lease, Lessor shall under no circumstances be liable for injury to Lessee's business or for any loss of income or profit therefrom.

Exemption of Lessor from Liability. Except for the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Lessor, its agents or employees, Lessor shall not be liable for injury or damage to the person or goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Lessee, Lessee's employees, contractors, invitees, customers, or any other person in or about the Premises, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from fire, steam, electricity, gas, water or rain, or from the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, fire sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, HVAC air conditioning or lighting fixtures, or from any other cause, whether the said injury or damage results from conditions existing on or arising upon the Premises or upon other portions of the Building of which the Premises are a partBuilding, or from other sources or places, and regardless of whether the cause of such damage or injury or the means of repairing the same is accessible or not. Lessor shall not be liable for any damages arising from any act or neglect of any other tenant lessee of Lessor. Notwithstanding Lessor's gross negligence or breach of this Leasewillful misconduct, Lessor shall under no circumstances be liable for injury to Lessee's business or business, for any loss of income or profit therefromtherefrom or for any other consequential or exemplary damages.

Exemption of Lessor from Liability. Lessor shall not be liable for any damages arising from any act or neglect of an' other lessee of Lessor nor from the failure by Lessor to enforce the provisions of any other tenant of Lessorlease in the Industrial Center. Notwithstanding Lessor's ': negligence or breach of this Lease, Lessor shall under no circumstances be liable for injury to Lessee's business or for any loss of income or profit therefrom.

Exemption of Lessor from Liability. Lessee hereby agrees that Lessor shall not be liable for injury to Lessee's business or any loss of income therefrom or for damage to the person or goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Lessee, Lessee's employees, contractors, inviteesinvites, customers, or any other person in or about the Premises, nor shall Lessor be liable for injury to the person of Lessee, Lessee's employees, agents or contractors, whether such damage or injury is caused by or results from fire, steam, electricity, gas, water or rain, or from the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other defects of pipes, fire sprinklers, wires, appliances, plumbing, HVAC air conditioning or lighting fixtures, or from any other cause, whether the said damage or injury or damage results from conditions existing on or arising upon the Premises or upon other portions means of repairing the Building of which the Premises are a part, or from other sources or placessame is inaccessible to Lessee. Lessor shall not be liable for any damages arising from any act or neglect of any other tenant tenant, if any, of Lessor. Notwithstanding Lessor's negligence or breach of this Lease, Lessor shall under no circumstances be liable for injury to Lessee's business or for any loss of income or profit therefrom.the building in which the premises are located
