Common use of Exercise Criteria Clause in Contracts

Exercise Criteria. (a) Unless vesting of the Options is accelerated pursuant to Subsection (b), one-third of the Options shall become vested on each of the first three anniversaries of the date hereof, provided Optionee is employed by Company on such anniversary date.
