Exercise Price; Adjustment of Number of Shares. The Exercise Price and the number of shares purchasable hereunder shall be subject to adjustment from time to time as hereinafter provided; provided, however, that, notwithstanding the below, in no case shall the Exercise Price be reduced to below the par value per share of the class of stock for which this Warrant is exercisable at such time.
