Common use of Exercising Agreement Rights Clause in Contracts

Exercising Agreement Rights. No employees shall be harassed or discriminated against for filing or participating in a grievance or otherwise exercising their rights under this Agreement. In the spirit of continuing their harmonious and cooperative relationship, the Employer and the Union agree to implement and exercise the provisions of this contract in a fair and responsible manner.
