EXHIBITORS & CO-EXHIBITORS. 2.1 In support of its participation request, the Exhibitor is required to forward a signed “certificate” of brands or models, as the case may be, if it is an importer or manufacturer’s agent considered as an intermediary, by each of the firms whose products or equipment will be exhibited. Special forms can be requested from the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to check that the type of equipment or product exhibited complies with the Schedule of Exhibits provided with the participation request. If any of the above recommendations are not followed, the Organizer will be forced to take corrective measures that may include closing the unacceptable stand or place and terminating the Contract.

EXHIBITORS & CO-EXHIBITORS. 2.1 / In support of its participation request, the Exhibitor is obliged to forward a signed “confirmation” of brands or of models, as the case may be, if it is an importer or manufacturer’s agent considered as an intermediary, by each of the firms for which the products and materials will be exhibited . Special forms are to be requested from GL events Exhibitions. GL events Exhibitions reserves the right to control the conformity of the type of material or product exhibited in relation to the nomenclature provided in the participation request. If any of the above recommendations are not followed, GL events Exhibitions will have to take measures that may extend as far as closing the stand or location that is unacceptable and terminating the Contract.

  • Exhibitors Exhibitors will receive registrations for four people to work the exhibit booth. Should exhibitors require additional registrations, they must be purchased from THE CONFERENCE GROUP at rates established by THE CONFERENCE GROUP. Registrations are not transferable.

  • Two-­‐character labels All two-­‐character ASCII labels shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD. Such labels may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator, provided that such two-­‐character label strings may be released to the extent that Registry Operator reaches agreement with the related government and country-­‐code manager of the string as specified in the ISO 3166-­‐1 alpha-­‐2 standard. The Registry Operator may also propose the release of these reservations based on its implementation of measures to avoid confusion with the corresponding country codes, subject to approval by ICANN. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such labels that remain withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN.
