Exhibitors. Exhibitors will receive registrations for four people to work the exhibit booth. Should exhibitors require additional registrations, they must be purchased from THE CONFERENCE GROUP at rates established by THE CONFERENCE GROUP. Registrations are not transferable.
Exhibitors must keep satisfactory sales records. A POS cash register system of some type is preferred; Inventory is subject to audit and the amount payable may be at the discretion of the Concession Manager.
Exhibitors. All exhibitors shall be bound by the rules and regulations set forth herein and by such amendments or additional rules and regulations as may be established by the Board of Directors of TNLA and/or EXPOManagement.
Exhibitors. Affiliates, Attendees or Sponsors are not to arrange, plan, or otherwise involve attendees, themselves or their company in any activities outside of the convention schedule, from the starting of the CADA Convention, through the closing of the convention. Any individual violating this policy will be asked to leave the convention & may be put on probation (restricted from attending all CADA functions) for a minimum of one or more years. Examples of this are including but not limited to: planned parties/events in hotel suite, clubs & other venues on or off site.
Exhibitors. Exhibitors shall not interfere with other exhibitors and shall confine their activities to their own space. Exhibitors will not block aisles or the frontage of adjoining booths. Microphones and speaking systems of any nature, other than a normal voice, shall not be allowed unless approved and operated by approval of the Strawberry Festival Association. An exhibitor agrees to immediately remove any item, device or exhibit that violates the Strawberry Festival Association's requirements set forth in these terms and conditions, or any existing law.
Exhibitors. Exhibitors shall be given time to install exhibits, and all exhibits shall be removed from the building on the day that is mutually agreed upon. In the event that the auditorium is not vacated by the User indicated on the date above, then KCPA shall be and is authorized to remove from the said auditorium at the expense of the User goods, wares, merchandise and property of any and all kinds and description which may be occupying the facility in which the term of agreement has expired, and the KCPA shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss to such goods, wares, merchandise or other property which may be sustained, either by reason of such removal or the place to which it may be removed, and the KCPA is hereby expressly released from any and all claims for damages of whatever kind or nature.
Exhibitors. Exhibits will, unless the Organiser agrees otherwise, be limited to materials, products, or services of specific interest to registrants of the Exhibition. The Organiser reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any material, product or service for display. Exhibition manufacturers, representatives and/or distributors must list their participating principals as the Exhibitors of record. The Organiser reserves the right to limit the number of principals that can be represented by the Exhibitor in a single booth.
Exhibitors all exhibitors must make provisions for safeguarding their goods. Exhibitor assumes full liability for protecting, care, and maintenance of exhibitor’s property.
Exhibitors. Participants should not be required to go through the exhibit hall to receive an accredited CE. A CE from an ineligible company cannot be offered immediately after an accredited CE held in the same physical space. Thirty (30) minutes is required between an accredited CE session and an ineligible company CE session. If the meeting is held virtually, an ineligible company cannot present on the same meeting link as an accredited CE.
Exhibitors must insure, indemnify and hold the Organiser harmless in respect of all damages, injuries, costs, claims, demands, expenses and interest for which the Organiser may become liable.
