Existing Businesses Clause Samples

Existing Businesses. Nothing in the Issuer Documents shall prevent any Transaction Party from carrying on its own business in the manner which it thinks fit, unless, by so doing, it would render itself unable to perform its obligations under the Issuer Documents in the manner contemplated in the Issuer Documents.
