EXISTING FUNDS. The Investment Company hereby appoints the Adviser to act as investment adviser to the Funds for the period and on the terms set forth in this Agreement. The Adviser accepts such appointment and agrees to render the services herein set forth, for the compensation herein provided. The Investment Company warrants that the Adviser has been duly appointed to act hereunder.
