Existing Information. County shall provide A/E with all existing plans, maps, studies, reports, field notes, statistics, computations, and other data in its possession relative to existing facilities and to this particular Project at no cost to A/E; however, any and all such information shall remain the property of County and shall be returned, if County so instructs A/E.

Existing Information. Contractor will coordinate with the County and Applicant team to obtain the relevant existing documents, background materials, and data identified during the kick-off meeting for the SVIP Project. This includes information describing the Proposed SVIP Project and the Project site, including the Specific Plan, land use data, project characteristics, project objectives, graphic renderings sufficient to depict the project's appearance and character, previously prepared reports and/or data describing the project site and/or project area, and site and/or aerial photographs, technical reports and or other data.

Existing Information. 3.1 As of the Effective Date, the City has taken reasonable efforts to provide BNSF with copies of (i) any environmental assessments and reports, (ii) any contracts or agreements, (iii) any soil or engineering reports, and (iv) any written notices from any governmental authority relating to the Replacement BNSF Property and in the possession or direct control of the City’s designated document custodian (collectively, the "City Existing Information"). If during the term of this Agreement and subsequent to such initial delivery, City obtains additional or updated materials that would have been included in the City Existing Information, City shall promptly deliver such additional or updated materials to BNSF.
Existing Information. 7.01 Each Party grants to the other Party (hereinafter "Licensed Party") a personal, irrevocable except if terminated under Article 13.02 non transferable and non-exclusive right to use its Existing Information solely for sale of the Existing Netrx Xxxduct and manufacture and sale of the Feeder Product. The aforesaid right to use Existing Information for the manufacture of the Feeder Product includes the right to communicate portions of the Existing Information to suppliers solely for the procurement by the Licensed Party of Products, materials, manufacturing facilities, parts and components, described in such Existing Information, for use in manufacture in accordance with each Supplemental Agreement, provided that such suppliers agree in writing to fully comply with all Existing Information confidentiality obligations and restrictions hereunder. Other terms and conditions of the license may be indicated in each relevant SA.
