Contract Documents and Applicable Project Documents Sample Clauses

The "Contract Documents and Applicable Project Documents" clause defines which documents are considered part of the binding agreement between the parties and governs the execution of the project. It typically lists items such as the main contract, drawings, specifications, addenda, and any referenced standards or regulations, clarifying that these documents collectively form the basis for all project obligations and deliverables. By clearly identifying the authoritative documents, this clause ensures that all parties have a shared understanding of the requirements and reduces the risk of disputes over which materials are contractually enforceable.
