Upon the acceptance of this Agreement by the Commission, those provisions contained in the Power Purchase Agreement, dated April 14, 1989 between Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. and Cogen Technologies, Inc. that govern Developer's interconnection rights shall terminate.
