Common use of Existing Merchant Agreement Clause in Contracts

Existing Merchant Agreement. Merchant and Givex agree that the Agreement (including this Terms and Conditions) commences on the Effective Date and shall be co-terminus with the United Kingdom Merchant Agreement entered into by them. For clarity, the Parties agree that the Agreement shall continue during the currency of the United Kingdom Merchant Agreement and, should that Merchant Agreement expire or be earlier terminated, then the Agreement shall also expire or terminate on the same date.
