Common use of EXISTING PARTICIPANTS TO THE SERVICES Clause in Contracts

EXISTING PARTICIPANTS TO THE SERVICES. For existing participants to the Services, the transaction fees as contemplated in clause 1 above will be reviewed, on an annual basis by the Board of the Service Provider. Any changes proposed by the Board of the Service Provider in respect of the transaction fees will be provided to the Client in the annual costs letter.
