Common use of Existing Proprietary Information Clause in Contracts

Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, no Party hereto shall be deemed by this Agreement to have been granted any license or other rights to patent rights existing as of the date hereof, or know how relating to compounds, formulations, or processes which are owned or controlled by each of the other Parties hereto.
