Common use of Existing rights unaffected Clause in Contracts

Existing rights unaffected. No Secured Party shall be obliged to exercise any of its rights under Clause 13.1 (Application of credit balances); and those rights shall be without prejudice and in addition to any right of set-off, combination of accounts, charge, lien or other right or remedy to which a Secured Party is entitled (whether under the general law or any document).
