Existing Roads and Gates. Operator agrees to repair any damage to the existing roads and shall use only those gates designated by Landowner for accessing adjacent public roads (which may be limited to one gate), keep all gates on the perimeter of the Land closed, and lock those adjacent to public roads; further, if requested by Landowner, place a lock on each entrance gate and, on or before the Termination Date, remove each lock.
