Exit and Closure. CITY’s CalJOBS system automatically documents exit. CONTRACTOR will conduct a closure interview with each client when all services have been completed. CONTRACTOR will ensure that client is aware of available follow-up services and that all of client’s data is entered in CITY’s CalJOBS system. All clients shall be made aware that they are required to continue to maintain contact with their case managers for one year after closure and must inform their case manager of any contact information changes.
