Common use of Exit delay Clause in Contracts

Exit delay. If the switching device for setting the VAS is fitted within the protected area, an exit delay shall be provided. It shall be possible for the exit delay to be set to between 15 seconds and 45 seconds after the switch has been operated. The delay period may be adjustable to suit individual operators' circumstances.
