Expanded Definition of Tribes for Selected Subparagraphs. For purposes of Subparagraphs 7.1.2, 7.3.2, 7.3.3, 7.3.6, 7.3.7, 7.4 and 7.5.5, “Tribes” shall mean the Navajo Nation, the Hopi Tribe, and their agents or any third-party acting on behalf thereof. This definition does not apply to the United States when acting in its capacity as trustee for the Navajo Nation or the Hopi Tribe.
