Expansion of the Rights of Publicity Into Other Business Areas. In the event that Licensee wishes to use the Rights of Publicity other than in connection with a Resort business, Licensee may propose the terms of such license to Licensor who will engage in good faith negotiations with Licensee to enter a separate licensing agreement covering such proposed use.
