Common use of Expectation of Performance Clause in Contracts

Expectation of Performance. At the date hereof and the date of the actual execution hereof, the Mortgage Lender does not believe, nor does it have any reason or cause to believe, that it cannot perform each and every covenant contained in this Agreement. From time to time, the Mortgage Lender will submit to the Authority and to the Servicer any reasonably requested information relating to the Mortgage Loans, and will do every act and thing which may be necessary or required to perform its duties under this Agreement and to comply with the Program Manual.
