Expectations Regarding Facility Funds and Facility; No Change in Use. The Purchaser reasonably expects and consistent with this Section 5.07 hereof to use all Facility Funds and all of the Facility for the entire stated term to maturity of this Agreement. The Purchaser does not expect that the Facility or any part thereof will be sold or otherwise disposed of so long as the Purchaser’s obligations under this Agreement are not discharged. Absent written agreement by IBank, the Purchaser hereby agrees that it will use all Facility Funds and all of the Facility as set forth in this Section 5.07.
