Facility Access definition

Facility Access. You may only enter the facility on the date and times you have reserved. You may not infringe upon other reservations. If you wish to set up for your event the day before or the day after your event, you must reserve and pay for those days as well. This includes all deliveries, set up, clean up, caterers, chair companies, tent rentals, etc. If anything is dropped off prior to your reservation day or left at the conclusion of your event, The Park District will dispose of those items without reimbursement. Facility Access. Users may only enter the Swimming Pool facility through the main gate nearest to the registration stand. Users must close and lock the gate behind them when entering and exiting the facility. Users may not hold the door open for anyone entering the Ridgetop facility and cannot leave or prop the gate open under any circumstances.
Facility Access. For safety and security considerations, we limit access to the facility to our customers and their crew members, contractors, CRBY employees, and other service providers as necessary for the orderly operation of Xxxxxx River Boatyard. We therefore ask for your cooperation by respecting the following access control requirements, which might be changed or updated from time to time at the sole discretion of CRBY. Vessels Owner or representative must notify the CRBY office of any vessel guests requesting access with the reason for the visit prior to arrival. Vessel owner or representative is solely responsible for the behavior of their guests. ALL contractors must be approved by CRBY management BEFORE commencing any work on CRBY premises. Vessel Owner or representative must notify the CRBY office of any contractors who will be performing work on the vessel. Any contractor that is not currently on the approved list will require CRBY approval prior to being granted access to the CRBY yard or commencing work. Overnight stays on premises and/or vessels are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate and permanent eviction from CRBY properties.

  • In case of contradictions between the General Terms and Conditions for Storage Facility Access and the Agreement, the regulations of the Agreement shall apply primarily.

  • The General Terms and Conditions for Storage Facility Access shall regulate – in form of Appendix D of the Agreement on Storage Facility Access (Agreement) - general conditions in respect of the contractual relationship between SSO and the Storage Customer.

  • The Operational Conditions for Storage Facility Access shall determine the interfaces, processes, methods and relations between Storage Customer and SSO for the use of contractual Storage Capacities.

  • For terminating this Agreement, the rules of Article 20 of the General Terms and Conditions for Storage Facility Access shall apply.

  • The Agreement and the General Terms and Conditions for Storage Facility Access shall only be valid collectively and in connection with further Appendices referred to within the Agreement.

Facility Access. During the Term, Xxxxxx and any Xxxxxx Subcontractor shall permit Newco access to all areas of the Manufacturing Facilities, upon reasonable prior notice and scheduling by Newco during normal business hours, for the examination of production or quality records or to perform QSR audits. Newco's access to such Manufacturing Facilities shall be arranged by and coordinated through the Production Operating Team.

Please note: o Other family members who have not executed the referenced agreements or who do not otherwise qualify for Program participation (e.g., age requirements) may not use the code to access the Swimming Pool. o The code may not be shared. o Any email(s) providing the code to access the Swimming Pool may not be forwarded for any reason. o Users will be held financially and legally responsible for any unauthorized access and resulting damage caused or facilitated by his/her sharing of the code to access the Swimming Pool. • Inclement Weather: During inclement weather (lighting visible, thunder audible, or heavy rain such that pool bottom not visible), Users must leave the Swimming Pool and not return until at least 30 minutes has passed since the last instance of inclement weather. • Permitted Activity (Lap Swimming Only): Lap swimming is the only activity permitted as part of the Program. Diving (including, but not limited to use of diving boards and starting blocks) and use of other equipment not intended for lap swimming is strictly prohibited. Program participants are strongly encouraged to swim with another participant of the Program. When swimming alone, swimming plans should be shared with an emergency contact.

Related to Facility Access

  • Open Access means the non-discriminatory provision for the use of transmission lines or distribution system or associated facilities with such lines or system by any licensee or consumer or a person engaged in generation in accordance with the regulations specified by the Appropriate Commission;

  • Facility A means the term loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (a) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities).

System Deliverability Upgrades shall mean the least costly configuration of commercially available components of electrical equipment that can be used, consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Requirements, to make the modifications or additions to Byways and Highways and Other Interfaces on the existing New York State Transmission System and Distribution System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Deliverability Interconnection Standard at the requested level of Capacity Resource Interconnection Service. System Protection Facilities shall mean the equipment, including necessary protection signal communications equipment, required to (1) protect the New York State Transmission System from faults or other electrical disturbances occurring at the Large Generating Facility and (2) protect the Large Generating Facility from faults or other electrical system disturbances occurring on the New York State Transmission System or on other delivery systems or other generating systems to which the New York State Transmission System is directly connected. System Upgrade Facilities shall mean the least costly configuration of commercially available components of electrical equipment that can be used, consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Requirements, to make the modifications to the existing transmission system that are required to maintain system reliability due to: (i) changes in the system, including such changes as load growth and changes in load pattern, to be addressed in the form of generic generation or transmission projects; and (ii) proposed interconnections. In the case of proposed interconnection projects, System Upgrade Facilities are the modifications or additions to the existing New York State Transmission System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard. Tariff shall mean the NYISO Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”), as filed with the Commission, and as amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor tariff. Trial Operation shall mean the period during which Developer is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of the Large Generating Facility prior to Commercial Operation.

  • Trading Access means the right granted to a Person to send RFQs or place Orders and/or enter into transactions for certain or all Swaps to the SEF Platform or execute Swaps subject to the BSEF Rules.

  • Triage facility means a short-term facility or a portion

  • Processing facility means an establishment that prepares, treats, or converts tangible personal property into finished goods or another form of tangible personal property. The term includes a business engaged in processing agricultural, aquacultural, or maricultural products and specifically includes meat, poultry, and any other variety of food processing operations. It does not include an establishment in which retail sales of tangible personal property are made to retail customers.

  • Health facility means the medical college and hospital or the teaching hospital or the district/ sub-division etc. hospital to which the goods and/ or services under the contract shall be supplied.

  • Onshore facility means any facility any part of which is located in, on, or under any land of the state, other than submerged land, that because of its location, could reasonably be expected to cause substantial harm to the environment by discharging oil into or on the navigable waters of the state or the adjoining shorelines.

  • Research facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, used or to be used primarily for research or experimentation to improve or develop new tangible goods or materials or to improve or develop the production processes thereto.

  • Required Facility Lenders means, with respect to any Facilities on any date of determination, Lenders having or holding more than 50% of the sum of (a) the aggregate principal amount of outstanding Loans under such Facilities and (b) the aggregate unused Commitments under such Facilities; provided that the portion of outstanding Loans and the unused Commitments of such Facilities, as applicable, held or deemed held by a Defaulting Lender shall be excluded for purposes of making a determination of Required Facility Lenders.

  • Replacement Revolving Facility Effective Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(l).

  • Facility Period means the period beginning on the date of this Agreement and ending on the date when the whole of the Indebtedness has been repaid in full and the Security Parties have ceased to be under any further actual or contingent liability to the Finance Parties under or in connection with the Finance Documents.
