Expected Initial Operation Date. The Expected Initial Operation Date shall be the Expected Initial Operation Date as provided in Section 2(d) of the Final Notice to Proceed for the Generating Facility, attached hereto as Exhibit B, as it may be extended pursuant to the terms of this Power Purchase Agreement.
