Common use of Expedited Eviction Clause in Contracts

Expedited Eviction. If the tenancy created here under is for 30 days or less, the expedited eviction procedures set forth in The Vacation Rental Act will apply. Tenant may be evicted under such procedures if (i) holds over in possession after Xxxxxx’s tenancy has expired, (ii) commits a material breach of any provision of this Agreement
