  • Computation and Payment of Fee The advisory fee shall accrue on each calendar day, and shall be payable monthly on the first business day of the next succeeding calendar month. The daily fee accruals shall be computed by multiplying the fraction of one divided by the number of days in the calendar year by the annual advisory fee rate, and multiplying this product by the Managed Assets of the Fund, determined in the manner established by the Directors, as of the close of business on the last preceding business day on which the Fund's net asset value was determined.

  • Calculation and Payment of Additional Rent Tenant shall pay to Landlord, in the manner set forth in Section 4.4.1, below, and as Additional Rent, Tenant’s Share of Direct Expenses for each Expense Year.

  • Calculation and Payment of Fees All fees shall be calculated on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed in a 360-day year.   • Rates and Payment of Interest on Loans (a) Rates. The Borrowers promise to pay to the Agent for the account of each Lender interest on the unpaid principal amount of each Loan made by such Lender for the period from and including the date of the making of such Loan to but excluding the date such Loan shall be paid in full, at the following per annum rates: (i) during such periods as such Loan is a Base Rate Loan, at the Base Rate (as in effect from time to time) plus the Applicable Margin (utilizing the applicable "Base Rate Margin" as identified in the definition of Applicable Margin, it being acknowledged that the Applicable Margin is a negative number, the addition of which will result in an interest rate applicable to Base Rate Loans which is lower than the corresponding Base Rate); (ii) during such periods as such Loan (other than a Competitive Advance) is a LIBOR Loan, at the Adjusted Eurodollar Rate for such Loan for the Interest Period therefor plus the Applicable Margin (utilizing the applicable "LIBOR Margin" as identified in the definition of Applicable Margin); and (iii) with respect to each Competitive Advance, at the margin over the Adjusted Eurodollar Rate determined pursuant to Section 2.3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, during the continuance of an Event of Default, the Borrowers shall pay to the Agent for the account of each Lender interest at the Post-Default Rate on the outstanding principal amount of any Loan made by such Lender, on all Reimbursement Obligations and on any other amount payable by the Borrowers hereunder or under the Notes held by such Lender to or for the account of such Lender (including without limitation, accrued but unpaid interest to the extent permitted under Applicable Law).   • Delayed Payment Premium balances that remain unpaid for more than thirty (30) days after the Remittance Date will incur interest from the end of the reporting period. The Remittance Date is defined as thirty (30) days after the end of the reporting period. Interest will be calculated using the index specified in Article 13.5 − Interest Rate.

  • Delayed Payments The Parties hereto agree that payments due from one Party to the other Party under the provisions of this Agreement shall be made within the period set forth therein, and if no such period is specified, within 30 (thirty) days of receiving a demand along with the necessary particulars.   • Estimated Payments During each calendar year or partial calendar year after the Base Year, in addition to Monthly Rent, Tenant shall pay to Landlord on the first day of each month an amount equal to one-twelfth (1/12) of the product of Tenant's Share multiplied by the "Estimated Operating Expenses" (defined below) for such calendar year. "Estimated Operating Expenses" for any calendar year means Landlord's reasonable estimate of Operating Expenses for such calendar year, less the Operating Expenses for the Base Year and shall be subject to revision according to the further provisions of this Section 5.2 and Section 5.3. During any partial calendar year, Estimated Operating Expenses shall be estimated on a full-year basis. During each December in which this Section 5.2 is applicable, or as soon after each December as practicable, Landlord shall give Tenant written notice of the Estimated Operating Expenses for the ensuing calendar year. On or before the first day of each month during the ensuing calendar year (or each month of the Term if the Term will expire before the end of the calendar year), Tenant shall pay to Landlord one-twelfth (1/12) of the product of Tenant's Share multiplied by the Estimated Operating Expenses for such calendar year; however, if such written notice is not given in December, Tenant shall continue to make monthly payments on the basis of the prior year's Estimated Operating Expenses until the month after such written notice is given, at which time Tenant shall commence making monthly payments based upon the revised Estimated Operating Expenses. In the month Tenant is first required to make a payment based upon the revised Estimated Operating Expenses, Tenant shall pay to Landlord for each month which has elapsed since December the difference between the amount payable based upon the revised Estimated Operating Expenses and the amount payable based upon the prior year's Estimated Operating Expenses. If at any time or times it reasonably appears to Landlord that the actual Operating Expenses for any calendar year will vary from the Estimated Operating Expenses for such calendar year, Landlord may, by written notice to Tenant, revise the Estimated Operating Expenses for such calendar year, and subsequent payments by Tenant in such calendar year shall be based upon such revised Estimated Operating Expenses.

  • Accrued Payments In the event Executive’s employment under this Agreement is terminated during the Term, by the Company other than for Cause or by Executive for Good Reason, Executive shall in all events be paid all accrued but unpaid Base Salary, earned but unpaid Incentive Compensation for any prior year, reimbursable expenses and other accrued benefits, if any, through the date of termination.
