Common use of Expedited Schedule Clause in Contracts

Expedited Schedule. The arbitration shall be conducted on an expedited schedule. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the parties shall make their initial submissions to the panel within seventy-five (75) Business Days after the Arbitration Request. Within one hundred twenty (120) Business Days after the Arbitration Request, each party shall supply to the other party all documents that such party intends to introduce or upon which such party intends to rely in connection with such proceeding, as well as a list of any and all witnesses whose testimony such party intends to introduce in connection with such proceeding (with a brief summary of their area of testimony). Additional documents or witnesses may be introduced only if a majority of the arbitrators determine that good cause has been shown.
