Expedition of Applications for Governmental Approvals. The Township will use diligent and best efforts to expedite Governmental Approvals for any land use, development and entitlement approvals over which it exercises jurisdiction and control, including, but not limited to, site plan approval, subdivision approval, variances, design waivers, zoning/building permits or other permitting, and certificates of occupancy for all submittals and will use diligent and good faith efforts to support and expedite any Governmental Approvals over which it does not exercise jurisdiction and control.
