Expenditure Records. Recipient shall document the expenditure of all Grant Funds disbursed by ODOT under this Agreement. Recipient shall create and maintain all expenditure records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and in sufficient detail to permit ODOT to verify how the Grant Funds were expended. This Section 8 shall survive any expiration or termination of this Agreement.
