FINANCIAL INFORMATION AND NOTICES Until all the Obligations have been finally and indefeasibly paid and satisfied in full and the Commitments terminated, unless consent has been obtained in the manner set forth in Section 12.9 hereof, the Borrower will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Administrative Agent and each Lender at its address set forth in Schedule 1, or such other office as may be designated by the Agent or the applicable Lender from time to time:
KYC Information (i) Upon the reasonable request of any Lender made at least five Business Days prior to the Closing Date, Borrower shall have provided to such Lender the documentation and other information so requested in connection with applicable “know your customer” and anti-money-laundering rules and regulations, including the Patriot Act, in each case at least five days prior to the Closing Date.
Furnishing Information (i) Neither the Investor nor any Holder shall use any free writing prospectus (as defined in Rule 405) in connection with the sale of Registrable Securities without the prior written consent of the Company.

Erroneous Financial Information Immediately in the event that the Borrower or its accountants conclude or advise that any previously issued financial statement, audit report or interim review should no longer be relied upon or that disclosure should be made or action should be taken to prevent future reliance, notice in writing setting forth the details thereof and the action which the Borrower proposes to take with respect thereto.
Statement of Additional Information We shall provide you with a copy of the Trust’s current statement of additional information, including any amendments or supplements to it (“SAI), in a form suitable for reproduction , but we will not pay Printing Expenses or other expenses with respect to the SAI.
