Expenditure Records. Grantee shall document the expenditure of all Grant Funds reimbursed by ODOT under this Agreement. Grantee shall create and maintain all expenditure records in sufficient detail to permit Agency to verify how the Grant Funds were expended. This Section 10 shall survive any expiration or termination of this Agreement.
