Common use of Expenditure Records Clause in Contracts

Expenditure Records. Recipient shall document the expenditure of all Grant Funds disbursed by State under this Agreement. Recipient shall create and maintain all expenditure records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and in sufficient detail to permit State to verify how the Grant Funds were expended.
