Expense Allowance The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by him from time to time in the performance of his duties hereunder, against receipts therefor in accordance with the then effective policies and requirements of the Company.
General and Administrative Expenses All expenses of the Company shall be billed to and paid by the Company. The Managers may be reimbursed for the actual cost of goods and services used for or by the Company. The Managers may be reimbursed for the administrative services necessary to the prudent operation of the Company; provided, the reimbursement shall be the lower of the Manager’s actual cost or the amount the Company would be required to pay persons other than Affiliates for comparable administrative services in the same geographic location; and provided, further, that such costs are reasonably allocated to the Company on the basis of assets, revenues, time records or other method conforming with generally accepted accounting principles. No reimbursement shall be permitted for services for which the Manager is entitled to compensation by way of a separate fee.
Management and Administration Except as otherwise provided herein, this Agreement shall be managed and administered by the Parties, Members, and State Consumer Advocates through the Members Committee and the Reliability Committee as a Standing Committee thereof, except as delegated to the Office of the Interconnection and except that only the PJM Board shall have the authority to approve and authorize the filing of amendments to this Agreement with the FERC. Business Expenses and Final Compensation You acknowledge that you have been reimbursed by the Company for all business expenses incurred in conjunction with the performance of your employment and that no other reimbursements are owed to you. You further acknowledge that you have received payment in full for all services rendered in conjunction with your employment by the Company, including payment for all wages, bonuses and accrued, unused vacation time, and that no other compensation is owed to you except as provided herein.
Car Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.
Expenses and Benefits (a) The Company shall, consistent with its policy of reporting and reimbursement of business expenses, reimburse Executive for such ordinary and necessary business related expenses as shall be incurred by Executive in the course of the performance of his duties under this Agreement.
Compensation and Expense Reimbursement A. Client will pay the Company, as compensation for the services provided for in this Agreement and as reimbursement for expenses incurred by Company on Client's behalf, in the manner set forth in Schedule A annexed to this Agreement which Schedule is incorporated herein by reference.
Fund Administration Legal Services a. Prepare the agenda and resolutions for all requested Board of Trustees (the “Board”) and committee meetings, make presentations to the Board and committee meetings where appropriate or upon reasonable request, prepare minutes for such Board and committee meetings and attend the Trust’s shareholder meetings and prepare minutes of such meetings;
