Common use of Expense Reimbursement Policy Clause in Contracts

Expense Reimbursement Policy. During the Employment Period, the Company shall reimburse Executive for all ordinary and reasonable business expenses paid by Executive in connection with the performance of his duties under this Agreement in accordance with and subject to the Company’s expense reimbursement policies then in effect for executives in the same or similar positions to that of Executive.
