Common use of Expense Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Expense Reimbursement. During the Term of Employment, the Company shall reimburse the Executive’s reasonable and necessary business expenses incurred in connection with performing the Executive’s duties hereunder in accordance with its then-prevailing policies and procedures for expense reimbursement (which shall include appropriate itemization and substantiation of expenses incurred).

Expense Reimbursement. During the Term of EmploymentEmployment Period, the Company shall reimburse the Executive’s Executive for all reasonable and necessary business expenses (as determined by the Company) incurred by the Executive in connection with performing the Executive’s duties hereunder in accordance with its then-prevailing policies Section 3(h) and procedures for with the Company’s business expense reimbursement policies, as in effect or amended from time to time. During the Term of Employment, the Company shall promptly reimburse the Executive for Executive’s reasonable and necessary business expenses incurred in connection with performing the Executive’s duties hereunder in accordance with its then-prevailing policies and procedures for expense reimbursement reimbursement, including for travel (which shall include appropriate itemization and substantiation of expenses incurred).

Expense Reimbursement.
