Common use of Expenses and Services Clause in Contracts

Expenses and Services. During the term of Employee's employment under this Agreement, Employee shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable expenses incurred by Employee by reason of his employment, provided that such expenses are incurred and accounted for in accordance with reasonable policies and procedures established by the Company and in effect when the expenses are incurred. The Company shall furnish Employee with office space, secretarial assistance, office supplies, office equipment, and such other facilities and services as are suitable to Employee's position and adequate for the performance of his duties.
