Common use of Expenses Incurred in Performance of Duties Clause in Contracts

Expenses Incurred in Performance of Duties. The Company shall promptly reimburse the Executive for all reasonable travel and other business expenses incurred by the Executive in the performance of his duties under this Agreement upon evidence of receipt and in accordance with Company policies.
