Expenses of preservation of assets of Borrower and of collection
(a) preservation and protection of the Borrower’s assets (whether then or thereafter existing); and
(b) collection of amounts due under this Agreement; shall be payable by the Borrower.
Expenses of preservation of assets. All expenses incurred by ‘The Corporation’ after an event of default has occurred in connection with the preservation of ‘The Borrower’s assets (whether then or thereafter existing) and collection of amounts due under the Loan Agreement shall be payable by ‘The Borrower’.
