Experimental Materials. RBNC acknowledges that any Licensed Materials transferred by AMGEN to RBNC under this Agreement are experimental in nature and may have unknown characteristics (including hazardous and toxicological properties) and therefore agrees to use prudence and reasonable care in the use, handling, storage, transportation and disposition and containment of any such materials. Accordingly, no such materials shall be used in any human application, including any clinical trial.
