Common use of Expert May Convene Meetings Clause in Contracts

Expert May Convene Meetings. (a) The expert must hold a meeting with all of the Parties present to discuss the Dispute. The meeting must be conducted in a manner which the expert considers appropriate. The meeting may be adjourned to, and resumed at, a later time in the expert’s discretion. (b) The Parties agree that a meeting under paragraph (a) is not a hearing and is not an arbitration.
