Common use of Expert Operator Premium Clause in Contracts

Expert Operator Premium. 29. Commencing with the second full pay period in January of each year, eligible Full-Time and Part-Time Operators shall be paid an Expert Operator Premium of three percent (3%) of the hourly rate of pay per hour under the following conditions:
