Common use of Expiration and Recertification Clause in Contracts

Expiration and Recertification. Certification Badges expire one (1) year from the issue date. You must complete a new Workiva Certification Exam (“Recertification Exam”) annually to maintain the applicable Certification Badge. You may have the option to recertify a Certification Badge by completing the associated Course.
